My experience is shaped by real operational environments where systems cannot just look good in demos; they have to work across stores, payments, pricing, integrations, incidents, releases, and go-live pressure.

I like building practical tools, clear workflows, and reliable systems that help people move faster with less chaos. My current focus is the future of work with AI agents: small teams, strong operators, local-first tools, and software that compounds over time. Goal: build useful systems that make people and businesses more capable.
